We usually dispatch your parcels within 48 hours, MON - SAT.
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your parcels are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days you can Email or Whatsapp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.
All parcels will be sent with tracking number. Once your parcels arrived the logistic hub, you can track your order online. You can find the ‘Track Order’ button in your confirmation email.

No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.
